Lance’s first safety job began in 2005 as an impromptu task and has developed into a successful career spanning 20 years working for manufacturers in the construction, automotive and food sectors. Lance has been able to develop knowledge, skills and training working in challenging and ever-changing environments. Lance has been in his current position with FPL Food, LLC for the past 9 years.  He is a “boots on the ground” type of leader, able to communicate with the front-line and the C-Suite, while building positive working relationships both at work and in the community.


Lance was born in Joliet, Illinois and grew up in Marietta, Georgia. He currently resides in Augusta, GA and is a proud father of two boys. He is an avid fan of all Chicago sports teams; especially the Chicago Bears. In his spare time, he enjoys creating music and hanging out with his identical twin brother.
