A graduate from the University of Toledo College of Engineering, James has accumulated experience across a breadth of supply chain disciplines, most notably within manufacturing planning, sanitation, and operations teams. Establishing his early career within the continuous improvement and reliability space, he impacted organizational success through implementing various TPM and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives. Directing his focus to every organization’s greatest assets, people and the teams they comprise, he joined Birchwood Foods in 2022 in his current role of Learning & Development Supervisor.  James has been instrumental in the design and rollout of Birchwood’s frontline workforce training program.  This program implementation has expanded from his home production site across all Birchwood Foods manufacturing facilities.
