With more than 20 years of robust HR experience across a variety of industries, Cassandra Binkley knows what it takes to create and implement people-focused solutions that align with business objectives and maintain the best interests of the team. Her proactive approach to consulting management, strategic insights into inclusive work cultures, and dynamic advocacy for the development of leaders, is why she was named one of Columbus Business First’s “20 People to Know in HR” (2014). Cassandra is not simply an HR leader but rather she is a bridge-builder, change agent, and trusted advisor to employees, team leaders, and C-suite-level executives in both corporate and nonprofit settings.

Currently working as the Sr. Manager, Community, Engagement & Philanthropy at Bob Evans Farms, this role drives the strategy, management & execution of employee and community philanthropy related initiatives. She develops and manages related budget items and oversees giving campaigns, volunteerism, in-kind product donations and donor relations. This role has an additional positive impact on the employee experience and community at large, covering all company locations while infusing the corporate DEI strategy in all work. I also sit on our DEI Advisory Council, leading our Community Pillar and am one of the original core team members.
