John currently is the Director of Environmental Health & Safety where he oversees all EHS components for Boar’s Head Brand. He has been with the company for over 25 years and held a variety of positions where he oversaw multiple departments including Safety, Health, Environmental Compliance, Human Resources, Training, Security, and Sustainability. John graduated from West Virginia University with a M.S. in Safety Management. He has dedicated over 30 years to the field of EHS. In addition to his work in Food Manufacturing he has worked in Health Care and Insurance Risk Management. For over 35 years John has volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician. John believes that you have two ears and one mouth so you should listen twice as much as you speak.
