Julie Yeary is the Director, Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion of OSI Group, LLC. The OSI Group, headquartered just west of Chicago, is a leading, global manufacturer of a wide range of fully cooked and ready to cook food products for many of the world’s leading brands in retail and foodservice. Julie joined OSI in 2017 and is responsible for all talent acquisition needs for 10 manufacturing facilities, research and development center and the global corporate headquarters. Julie launched OSI’s DEI strategy in 2020 and leads the strategic initiatives for the company’s DEI goals, vision, training and recruitment processes.
Julie sits on the Advisory Board for the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences, a magnate school withing the Chicago Public School System. She also sits on the workforce collaboration board of the Illinois Agri-Food Alliance (ILAFA) leverages world-class assets, institutions, and leaders via a collaborative network to support an inclusive, innovative, sustainable, and resilient agri-food system for the future. Its members connect around tipping points of commonality that are too complex to solve independently.
Julie graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Journalism and lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two teenage sons.
