Megan Farley serves as the Communications Director for the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (USRSB), which is a multi-stakeholder initiative developed to advance, support and communicate continuous improvement in sustainability of the U.S. beef value chain.
In this role, Farley leads organization communications, including public relations, brand management and strategy. Her work includes building brand recognition for the USRSB, developing awareness campaigns and informing organizational strategy.
Additionally, Farley plays a role in directing communications, issues and reputation management at the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. Through media monitoring, Farley informs issues and crisis response to protect consumer confidence in beef. She also works on reputation management campaigns that proactively share information about beef with a variety of audiences, including consumers, media and producers.
Farley is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where she earned a B.S. in Agricultural Science with concentrations in Agricultural Leadership and Animal Science.
