Denise Chludzinski is an award-winning executive recruiter and workforce advisor with more than 20 years of experience supporting the manufacturing sector. As Vice President of Business Development at Miller Resource Group, she partners with companies across Food & Beverage Manufacturing and Industrial Automation with an Emphasis on Meat Manufacturing to help them build high-performing leadership teams and navigate evolving workforce challenges.
Through her work, Denise has developed a deep network of industry leaders and emerging talent, giving her a unique perspective on hiring trends, leadership development, and workforce strategy within the protein and manufacturing industries.

Denise is a frequent speaker at major industry events including the Meat Institute’s Workforce & Safety Conference, International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), Urner Barry conferences, and Shelf Stable Processing Association events. She has also contributed to industry podcasts and leadership discussions focused on talent, workforce development, and the future of manufacturing.

She is an active member of the Meat Institute, Women in Manufacturing, and the Women’s Meat Industry Network. Denise also serves as President of the Board for Food Executive Women Chicago. Outside of her industry work, Denise is active in her local community, serving on nonprofit boards and supporting initiatives that strengthen leadership and connection within the Batavia and Fox Valley business community.
