Jason Livermore is the EHS & Training Director at Greater Omaha Packing Co., Inc., where he has led enterprise-wide safety, training, risk management, and compliance programs since December 2020. He oversees the development and execution of safety strategy across multiple operations, driving performance through workforce training, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Jason is known for advancing proactive safety systems through near-miss tracking, PSIF/SIF analysis, and data-driven forecasting, helping organizations shift from reactive compliance to predictive risk prevention. He has led the implementation of incident tracking and analytics tools that identify and mitigate high-consequence risks before they occur.
Prior to his current role, Jason served 20 years as a firefighter in the United States Air Force, bringing deep expertise in incident command, emergency response, and high-risk operations. He applies this experience to strengthen emergency preparedness, crisis response, and safety culture in complex manufacturing environments.
