Rebecca Hulgan has served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at The Vincit Group for over 13 years and has been in Human Resources for over 28 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). With a deep commitment to ethical leadership, operational excellence, and people-first strategies, Rebecca has been instrumental in building and sustaining strong HR and compliance programs across a wide portfolio of The Vincit Group’s numerous sister companies.
Throughout her tenure, she has led transformative initiatives focused on workforce development, regulatory compliance, and culture-building. Known for her hands-on leadership style and strategic vision, Rebecca works closely with executive teams to foster accountability, enhance retention, and ensure that every Vincit company remains aligned with the organization’s core values.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a proud wife to her high school sweetheart, JoeDee, and the loving mother of three beautiful daughters. She brings the same passion for growth, integrity, and compassion to her family life as she does to her professional role.
