Brian Paulsen is the current Head of Environmental Engineering for Pilgrims. Prior to joining Pilgrims in 2015 as a Regional Environmental Manager he was with Smithfield Foods and its subsidiaries at their North Missouri operations. He has over 33 years of experience in solving complex wastewater and water treatment operation problems. Extensive experience in development of land applications systems, high strength wastewater treatment plants, air pollution control, odor emission mitigation measures and potable water treatment systems. Holds degrees from Southern Illinois University and Western Kentucky University.
