Adrienne has over 21 years of experience in the meat and poultry industry, including more than a decade at Tyson Foods. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the University of Arkansas.
Adrienne leads the Process Safety and Risk Management team, ensuring the safe operation of processes involving hazardous chemicals such as Anhydrous Ammonia, Chlorine, and Hydrogen Sulfide. Additionally, she manages regulatory compliance with agencies like OSHA, EPA, and FSIS. Adrienne has played a key role in discussions with congressional offices on workplace safety and innovation. She also leads joint safety roundtables with trade unions and has collaborated with the Chemical Safety Board (CSB) and the Protein Industry Group OSHA Partnership (PIG Partnership) to promote safety and reduce workplace injuries. Additionally, she works with equipment manufacturers to ensure safe machinery design and operation.
Active in industry councils since 2015, Adrienne has served as Chairperson of the Joint Safety and Health Council and is a member of the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA), Industrial Refrigeration Consortium (IRC), and Women in Natural
Refrigeration (WiNR). Adrienne is committed to advancing safety standards in the meat and poultry industry, focusing on creating safer
work environments. She is passionate about mentoring emerging safety professionals and contributing to community safety initiatives.
