Greg Sindt is senior environmental engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc. He has more than 40 years experience as an engineering consultant to the meat packing and food processing industries. He has engineering degrees from Iowa State University and is a licensed professional engineer is several states. Mr. Sindt has designed several wastewater treatment facilities, evaluated facility design and operation, and assisted clients with regulatory agency enforcement issues at several meat processing, rendering, and food processing plants.
