Kermann Steny Laguerre is an Environmental Manager for JBS. In this role, he drives and implements innovative solutions that enhance environmental performance and improve operational efficiency.
He holds a degree in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Safety, with specialization in sustainability, best management practices, regulatory compliance, Industrial Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Kermann is a certified internal auditor for ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), bringing added skills in system auditing, risk identification, and continuous improvement.
With experience across multiple facilities in Mexico and the U.S., he has led impactful initiatives in water conservation, advanced wastewater treatment, pollution prevention, and carbon footprint reduction.
