I’m Amy Lou Yancy, Vice President of QSI IPT (HR), and I’ve been with QSI for over 18 years, building strong relationships and fostering a positive workplace culture. I started my journey as an HR Assistant Manager, and with grit, hard work, and some major luck, I’ve worked my way up to where I am today. I absolutely love my job and the opportunity it gives me to serve people and make a real difference every day.

Outside of work, my heart is with my family, and I cherish every moment spent with them. I also have a deep love for anything related to water—whether it’s swimming, boating, or just being near it. I’m beyond grateful for the opportunities that have shaped my career and my life, and I look forward to what’s ahead!
