Nicole Johnson-Hoffman is an experienced meat and protein industry executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across Cargill, OSI Group, and the cultivated meat sector. She held senior leadership roles at Cargill, including Vice President of Law for Cargill Meat Solutions and Vice President and General Manager of Cargill Beef. At OSI Group, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, overseeing the company’s global McDonald’s business and sustainability strategy. She also served as President of the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef and founding Chair of the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef. Most recently, she served as CEO of Believer Meats, where she led the company’s growth, organizational development, and consumer-facing brand strategy.
