Peter Bozzo is the Executive Vice President of Michael’s Finer Meats and Seafoods, a leading foodservice processor specializing in portion-controlled meat and seafood. Since joining the company in 2011, Bozzo has overseen purchasing, production, and operations while managing key accounts and driving strategic growth. With prior experience at Chicago Meat Authority in marketing, sales, and operations, he brings decades of industry expertise to his role. Bozzo has also been heavily involved with the Meat Institute, serving on its Executive Board for many years and currently holding the position of Chairman, where he champions industry collaboration.
