Michael L. Thompson is Chief Executive Officer of Fair Oaks Foods, a Wisconsin-based supplier of fully cooked meat and poultry products serving some of the world’s leading food industry brands. Since acquiring majority ownership in 2003, Mike has led the company through significant growth and expansion.

Prior to Fair Oaks Foods, Mike spent nearly 20 years with McDonald’s in supply chain and operations. Mike and Fair Oaks Foods have received numerous recognitions for excellence, innovation, safety, and community leadership.

Mike is a graduate of Cornell University and serves on its Board of Trustees. He is also a member of McDonald’s Global Supplier Advisory Council and serves on the Global Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
