David Morgan is a seasoned global executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, diagnostics, and testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services. His career spans publicly traded, private equity-backed, and venture-backed companies, with a focus on strategic growth, operational transformation, and enterprise value creation.

Most recently, David served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Certified Group, a leading provider of laboratory testing, regulatory consulting, and certification services. Recruited by Warburg Pincus and Tillia Partners, he led the company's integration and transformation, culminating in its successful acquisition by Mérieux NutriSciences.

Previously, David was CEO and Board Member of Zephyr AI, an innovative biotechnology company leveraging artificial intelligence and multi-omics to advance precision medicine. He successfully led the company's Seed and Series A financing rounds. Earlier, he held senior executive leadership positions at Eurofins Scientific and Labcorp, where he served as Senior Vice President and a member of the Operating Committee.

In parallel with his corporate career, David served 30 years as a U.S. Marine Corps officer, commanding conventional and special operations forces during global deployments, including combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He retired as a Colonel and Assistant Division Commander of the 4th Marine Division. He also helped establish the Marine Raider Foundation, serving on its Board until 2017, and remains actively involved in veteran advocacy.
