Peter V. Tabor is a senior policy advisor in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Public Policy & Regulation Group. He is a co-leader of the group's Agriculture & Food Policy Team and a member of the firm's USMCA Team. Mr. Tabor advocates for clients on regulatory, trade and sustainability issues in food and agriculture - with particular depth in the meat and protein sectors. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from a combined 24 years in federal government and the food and agriculture industry.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Tabor served as vice president of regulatory and international affairs for the trade association representing U.S. dog and cat food makers - work that required the same core competencies central to meat industry advocacy: navigating federal regulatory processes, opening and defending foreign market access, and building coalitions that can move policy at the federal level.
