Sarah Kipp, a 13-year McDonald’s veteran, currently serves as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems, for McDonald’s U.S. Supply Chain. In this role, Sarah develops Policy, Standards, and Process to ensure food safety, food quality and responsible Animal Health & Welfare practices for all protein products with the US market. Prior to this role Sarah, spent 7 years in the McDonald’s Global Supply Chain with responsible for Proteins across North and South America.
