Tiffany Lee is the Director of Animal Care & Compliance for Clemens Food Group, helping to ensure that all animal care, biosecurity, and program compliance parameters are met. The Animal Care & Compliance team also serves as an educational resource and solutions provider to CFG, its suppliers, and its customers.

Dr. Lee earned her Master of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Kansas State University in 2012, after which she practiced veterinary medicine in a mixed animal clinic in Limon, Colorado. In 2017, she earned a PhD in Diagnostic Medicine and Pathobiology from Kansas State University, where her dissertation focused upon beef cattle health and welfare. Dr. Lee served as Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs for the North American Meat Institute from 2017 to 2021, and has been a part of Clemens Food Group since May 2021.
