Associate Principal
Lori Rakoczy is an Associate Principal at Technomic. Since joining Technomic in 2018, she has focused on custom consumer and operator research, including both qualitative and quantitative methods for domestic and global foodservice industry clients. Her previous experience includes serving as senior economic advisor for the U.S. Agency for International Development, and senior project manager for Morningstar, Inc. Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University.

John Williams is a Research & Insights Manager at Technomic. John joined Technomic in 2022, overseeing projects and providing expert analysis across a variety of foodservice research studies, employing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Prior to joining Technomic, John was a Research Analyst at a local startup, conducting research for Fortune 500 companies, and a Senior Consumer Research and Data Analyst at Mintel. At Mintel, John focused on syndicated reports in both the retail and foodservice sectors. John earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing, complemented by a minor in business analytics, from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
