Keya Peterson is the Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability for Amcor Flexibles North America (AFNA).
In her role, she identifies growth priorities and helps develop actionable operational business plans to drive a growth agenda. She also leads the execution of Amcor’s Sustainability agenda in North America – collaborating with customers, and commercial functions to advance AFNA’s GHG roadmap in line with SBTi commitments. Keya is also responsible for strengthening the commercialization of the company’s more sustainable product portfolio.
Prior to Amcor, Keya led Strategy for W. W. Grainger, a leading industrial distributor, and spent nearly a decade with Booz Allen Hamilton/Strategy& focusing on go-to-market and digital strategies for CPG/retail.
Keya holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Masters in Computer Applications from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Delhi.
