Prior to consulting, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration (with his thesis written on CME Cattle Futures contracts) from the University of Minnesota. Len has also held leadership roles with various global retail, food service, and meat-processing companies, giving him a unique and broad perspective on the industry. His resume includes roles with Ponderosa, Supervalu, Hormel, Tyson, and others. He draws from his diverse experience, including designing meat-processing plants and implementing buying and distribution systems. His creative approach to understanding needs of his clients, especially the meat industry, is what sets him apart.
