Jason Feinberg is a Food Science graduate of Penn State University. After starting his career in the Flavor and Fragrance industry, he spent the next 21 years in roles including Product Development Scientist, Seasoning R&D Manager, and Senior Manager of technical and application expertise for functional ingredients. His work has covered shelf-life extension, pathogen control, antioxidants, and yield enhancement, always with a focus on cleaner labels and strong consumer acceptance. Jason now brings this knowledge and experience to his role as Director of Technical Sales at Wenda Ingredients, where he’s eager to help food processors innovate and succeed.
