Chelsie has worked at Bell & Evans since 2018, leading the food safety & quality systems, regulatory compliance, animal welfare, and laboratory services teams for the organization. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition Science from Kaplan University.
