Ben is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in the meat industry. As the Director of Food Safety and Quality at Johnsonville, Ben leads a dedicated team committed to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across all levels and areas of Johnsonville.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Lakeland University and a master’s degree in biology from the University of Nebraska- Kearney and is an active member of many industry groups.
Ben is a passionate advocate for continuous improvement and education in food safety and believes collaboration with industry peers is critical to strengthening the food safety system as a whole.
