Sid Cunningham is Vice President of Enterprise Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Seaboard Triumph Foods, where he leads FSQA teams across the company’s pork and bacon operations. A proud alumnus of Oklahoma State University, Sid holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Animal Science with an emphasis in Meat Science. His passion for the industry began at OSU through hands-on experience in meat processing, research, and intercollegiate meat judging.

With a career spanning leadership roles at Nestlé Purina, Tyson, Harris Ranch Beef Company, Hershey, and now Seaboard Triumph Foods, Sid has built a diverse background across pet food, value-added meats, and both beef and pork processing. He brings a deep commitment to continuous improvement, regulatory excellence, and developing future leaders in the meat industry.
