The Meat Foundation is a 501C3 not for profit organization dedicated to advancing scientific understanding, cultivating future leaders, and supporting continuous improvement in the meat industry. The Foundation’s research scope encompasses food safety; nutrition, health and wellness; environment; animal welfare; and labor and human rights, aligning with the Protein PACT’s priorities.  100 percent of your tax deductible donation will be applied to scientific research.  For any questions concerning donations to the foundation contact Susan Backus.  Click here for more information.

The Meat Foundation is committed to providing an optimal educational experience for attendees and reserves the right to deny admission to anyone the Institute believes will disrupt the conference or hinder the learning experience. 

This decision will be based upon the individual's history and/or the organization's history with the person affiliated. If you have any questions about whether you will be admitted to the conference, please contact events@meatinstitute.org.

Cancellation Policy: Attendees can cancel for a full refund less a $50 processing fee until August 14th. 

After August 14th a 50 percent refund or attendee substitution is permitted. For cancellations the week of the event no refunds are permitted.
