Sue is the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Miniat Holdings, bringing over 30 years of experience in the food industry, with the last 28 years dedicated to food safety and quality assurance within the meat and poultry sector. Beyond her core responsibilities, Sue is committed to mentoring aspiring female leaders and promoting inclusive workplace cultures. In 2022, she founded the women’s employee resource group at Miniat, which she continues to sponsor today.

Sue also serves on the advisory board for the Valparaiso University Women in Leadership Program and is a member of the Society of Women Engineers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University. Sue resides in Saint John, Indiana, with her husband, two college-aged children, and two dogs.
