Speaker Bio
Sarah J. Bohnenkamp is a leadership coach, strategic planning consultant, speaker, and communications strategist who helps leaders and organizations move from good intentions to bold action. With more than two decades of experience and more than 200 stages behind her, Sarah brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, high-energy facilitation, and real-world experience to the leaders and organizations she serves.

Sarah’s work is deeply rooted in agriculture and the people who keep it moving—from cattle and corn, to pulses and the broader food and agribusiness community. She has worked alongside farmers, ranchers, commodity organizations, checkoff programs, agribusiness leaders,
associations, and industry executives, helping them navigate change, clarify their direction, strengthen their leadership, and communicate with greater impact.

Through her coaching and consulting business, Sarah helps leaders build stronger organizations through strategic planning, leadership development, communication strategy, and executive coaching. Her approach is practical, candid, and relentlessly focused on turning strategy into action—and helping high achievers lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.

A familiar face at industry events across the country, Sarah has served as a keynote speaker, facilitator, strategist, coach, and emcee for organizations ranging from national agricultural associations to major food and protein industry events. She is returning as emcee for the Meat
Institute’s Solutions Summit for the second time, bringing her signature blend of energy, insight, humor, and strategic perspective to three days of conversations focused on solving challenges and shaping the future of the industry.

When she’s not on a stage or working with leaders, Sarah can often be found somewhere involving horses, cattle, wide-open spaces, or a good conversation about how to make an industry she cares deeply about even stronger. She believes average is never the goal—and that the best leaders are the ones willing to think differently, communicate boldly, and take action.
