Devra Cornell is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Bob Evans Farms with responsibility for corporate and manufacturing human resources, as well as the Company’s corporate giving and philanthropy. Joining Bob Evans Farms in 2009, Ms. Cornell filled several HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility before being named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2020.

Prior to Bob Evans Farms, Devra served in HR leadership roles for Tween Brands, Emeril’s Restaurants and Bravo Brio Corporation.

Known as a strong cultural ambassador, strategic thinker and servant leader, Devra has a passion for giving back to the community. She currently serves as chairperson for the Executive Board of Directors for Cancer Support Community Central Ohio and is a member of the Board of Directors for The Meat Institute. Ms. Cornell was previously a member of the Board of Trustees for the Ohio 4-H Foundation.

Ms. Cornell received her BA in Economics from Duke University and maintains PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
