Santiago “Jimmy” Alaniz has been the Chief Legal Officer for PSSI since 2014. Before joining PSSI, Jimmy was a partner at Fisher & Phillips, LLP, a national labor and employment firm, where he assisted employers with labor, employment and immigration matters. He has provided legal counsel as an external and internal counsel to PSSI dating back to 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice from the University of Texas in San Antonio and a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law. Jimmy is also board-certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
