99^th Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

 

The 2021 event will be a virtual conference. This will be a 2-day event from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 16 and Thursday, March 18, with two sessions featured each day.  The speakers and topics are still being finalized, but we will once again feature hot topics including: consumer trends; the economic outlook; a Washington update, among other topics.

These sessions will be presented live, with live Q&A from attendees for an interactive experience.

WHY SPONSOR?

By becoming a sponsor, you are supporting the industry and association. Because of the virtual format, we have opted to not charge attendees for participating. Supplier support will help the association continue to bring valuable content to its members and the industry throughout the year.

Brand presence: We will proudly display your logo on the event page and email out to the attendees. We want attendees to know this is event is complimentary thanks to your generous support.

SPONSORSHIP TIERS:

EVENT SPONSORS – $3,000 - only 5 spots available

• In the “Our Partners” section of the event landing page, your logo will be the most visible and prominently placed of all the partners.
• On the virtual conference platform in a tab called “Our Partners”, there will be a logo and description of what you offer and a link to your website, as well as on the sidebar of the live event.
• Select One:
  • SFPA will offer you a spot for a 15-minute mini-session, we will promote this as part of the program for attendees to sign up.  This will be an info-session and is a chance to discuss a relevant topic to the industry, identify the variables and problems surrounding it, and present your solution to the audience. You will get the contact information of the attendees who opt-in to share their data for follow up.
  • Mailing to attendees. Interested in sending attendees a special item with your logo? A gift certificate to enjoy coffee on you? Or a happy-hour in a box? We will work with you to coordinate a specialty mailing.

EVENT SUPPORTER – $1,500 - only 10 spots available

• In the “Our Partners” section of the event landing page, your logo will be listed with our event supports.
• On the virtual conference platform in a tab called “Our Partners”, there will be a logo and description of what you offer and a link to your website, as well as on the sidebar of the live event.

 

Sponsorship requests and assignments are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
