Rooms must be booked by Monday, September 8th, to guarantee space in the block at the group rate of $309 at the InterContinental Los Angeles. Rooms may not be available on shoulder nights of the event. If you receive a message stating that there is no availability, we suggest adjusting your dates to check for further availability.

Reduce Your Footprint at the Protein PACT Summit

  • Make sure to turn the lights off when leaving your room to conserve energy.
  • Bring a sustainable water bottle to help reduce waste. Make sure to recycle paper and plastic products whenever possible. And ask for a recycling bin in your room if one is still needed.
  • The Meat Institute will provide recycling bins to dispose of your badge and lanyard at the end of the conference. Please ensure that you dispose of your badge in one of these bins so that we can reuse it for another conference.
  • Carpool when possible to help reduce the conference's carbon footprint.
